Having invested in technology for in depth analysis information. Stock planning is important in avoiding “out of stocks” and better sales while understanding market needs and trends.

Imports/Exports

Adequate communication and follow ups with our suppliers/manufacturers for punctual and timely order placements, production, packing and delivering of goods while maintaining professional manner at all times.

Logistics

We choose the most reliable forwarders to safely and efficiently bring and custom clear our cargoes from different countries in the world.

Warehousing

New warehouse facility, adjusted to meet our product needs with all approvals and certificates required, safety measures met and proper environment for our employees.

Sales

An experienced and punctual sales team, equipped with the latest supporting technology (tablets) enabling them with Real Time tasks like barcode scanning, product information, order placements, stock availability, order history and much more.

Distribution and merchandising

Our sales people have their merchandisers that deliver and merchandise the products on the sales locations to efficiently serve the needs of the market and clients. Delivery is done fast and on timely fashion to the sales locations.

Back office support

Our Administration and Finance officers work tirelessly in order to be up to date with customer care, reports and internal coordination.
